  1. I'm guessing it's already dried on and you're not looking forward to the pain.

    You can either soak it in warm water to help it free up or leave the stuck bit on the wound (unless it's dirty); just cut around and re-dress.

    Good stuff to buy for future is non-adherent dressing: porous plastic film backed with 5mm cotton wool.


  2. Ummm... water, best solution.

    Put  a bit of water on at a time slowly peel.

    If there are little fabrics stuck, use tweezers to try and take them off...

    happened to me once.

  3. Soak it in warm water.

  4. lubricant. and if you have a wound i suggest putting on a water based lubricant on it first so it won't stick as bad if any.

  5. Get a (clean!) cloth and soak it in warm water. Dab at the guaze where the blood is, letting a bit of the water onto the bloody bits: just keep going until the dried blood softens sufficiently for you to peel away the guaze without making yourself bleed again!
