I have a Mazda B4000 4WD. I am trying to remove the gear shift to get to the transmission, but there is a retainer studd that is stuck. It is at the bottom of the gear shift and I cannot figure out how to get it out. Is there a special tool or trick that can help me with this? Any help would be awesome, this is driving me crazy! Thanks,
