How to remove a watermark from an original picture?

I have Adobe 5.0 Photoshop. I previously made a watermark for my business logo. I accidentally put the watermark on the original, now I don't know how to get it off the original pictures. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  1. It can only be removed if you have a Photoshop version and creating the watermark on a separate layer. Once saved as a jpg it can't be removed from it.
