How to remove and install fan in freezer... I need to remove a fan in the freezer compartment

I need to remove a fan in the freezer compartment because it has a broken blade which is causing lots of noise, then replace it with a new fan. I cannot get the old broken fan off of the little pin that holds it in place. Any suggestions for removal of the little fan please?
