How to remove broken and old bearing from skateboard wheels?

Question

Last night I was skating this spot and my bearing completely busted, and my wheel fell off. So today I bought brand new bearings, but all I have left is the metal ring around the bearing, left in two of my wheels, and the rest of the bearing complete in other wheels. How do I remove these bearing and replace them with new ones?

(By the way it was just an ollie off a ledge, but eh, why would you care?)

Well,if you don't mind waiting a little bit,you could simply let your girlfriend by you a new skateboard,seeing as you were gonna get it anyway .And then you can pay for bowling if you do that .

Pry the bearings off with your trucks .
