How to remove camera sound in Nokia N82?

I looked for the turn off option everywhere in my mobile but I cant find it. I want to remove the sounds of both video and picture taking. Even if I put my mobile to silent it will still make a sound.

in the united states its illegal for a camera not to make a sound. but you can bypass this by updating to a european firmware, or just use a third party camera application such as ccam
