How to remove capitals on word?

I had typed out at least a page on mictrosoft word, in capital letters, how can i change them back to lower casing, without deleting or retyping the entire text

First Select all text. Then Goto Tools>Change Case & Select Small Case.

Select the text, then press SHIFT + F3.

Pressing several times will alternate between all caps, all small, large first letters.

Select all the text (press ctrl A) then click on format (in the menu) and choose change case (lower case)
