How to remove files that i cannot see in my computer?

Question

my computer runs vista home premium, when i launched superantispyware it has detected so many spywares adwares and malwares. when i remove the files detected it has i will reboot. after reboot when i try to scan my computer again there the same spywares malwares detected. when i go to the file where it is located as stated in the scanning i can't find such a file even though i already showed hidden files. what is this. most of the files detected has extension names .lnk , .sys , .exe , .jpg. what shall i do?

Get rid of superantispyware. download and update AVG free from http://free.grisoft.com, or spyware doctor starter edipion form Google updater, and then start in safe mode and run  a full scan.

get REAL paid for anti virus, I use Avira premium. it is THE BEST. period.
