How to remove full tilt poker program from my computer?

Question

tried the control panel. pop up says something about a shield preventing the program from being removed, and to contact IP or FTP web site.

go to your control panel / add and remove programs

scroll down the the program, click remove

If you can't remove it with add/remove then just delete the files and that will at least do the trick of getting rid of it :)
