  1. Yep use some heat if you don't like the heat-gun try boiling water from your kettle.

Once you get the decal moving go slowly so that it does not break off in your hands, that way you will always have some material to pull with. Try pulling it back on itself about 120 Degs. You can also use a small plastic scraper to start the process. Once the decals off use lighter fluid to remove the glue.

When all has been removed you may notice that the colour of gel-coat underneath is of a different shade due to the rest of the paint work been exposed to sunlight, not much you can do about it except standing back and squint a little bit. Over time it should start to blend back in and the less you think about it the less you'll notice.

    Happy trails.

  2. I just removed a bunch of them from my boat. I used my wifes hair dryer and it worked great. Just don't get it too hot as the vinyl tears easy. I used acetone to remove the glue.

  3. Pressure washer.

  4. what paul said is right...but for the glue i would recommend goof-off or 3M adhesive cleaner...but have a dry rag to wipe off the excess as you go.  odds are your jetski is painted and not Gelcoated as above mentioned, so be careful...that cleaner CAN soften the paint.  I may be wrong but i do believe kawasaki is painted...i know seadoo is gelcoated.  None the less be careful and take your time and it shouldnt be difficult
