How to remove hair which is grown on my neck?

I have alot of hair on my neck where my neck joins my back.It looks awkward when I wear my shirts and that hair peeps out from the collar.So how can I remove the hair out there so that it looks good when I wear my shirts.I am a party boy and mostly be wearing t shirts.So can you please tell me ways to remove hair from that part without any hair removal treatments.Say me which can be done at home easy and by me alone.Bear in mind I am a boy.

If you can't shave, you'll need some sort of hair removal treatment...if you can reach it yourself, try using Nair or similar hair-removal creme.  You'll get the longest-lasting results so you wont have to do it as often.  Or get something like this:

the easiest way i can think of to do yourself alone is shaving it. but  i doubt it'll look good. get it waxed. guys get their back waxed all the time.
