You mean like fiberglass specks?

You could try tape stripping - put adhesive tape on the area and then pull it off, the insulation should go with it.

Otherwise, there's not much that is really helpful.

I would say take a hot shower and then put the cold water on that should do it.

You could prevent it if you put like a medicated powder on your skin before you start handling the insulation.
