  1. If your plaster is a standard modern finish use a steamer and scraper but make sure if your house is old and has old lime plaster that you do not hold the steamer on for to long ,otherwise the plaster will fall off and will be very expensive to rectify. if it is lime plaster just use warm water to dampen the wall paper and scrape off using a scraper, it takes longer but its worth it GOOD LUCK

  2. If you don't want to get a steamer, just get some old washclothes wet and rub them against the wall.  When it gets wet it is much easier to peel off and it will be easier to get the wallpaper glue substance off too.  Then get a scraper (a spatula will work fine if you don't have a scraper) and start scraping it off the wall.  It's really easy once it's wet.  You can pretty much peel huge strips off.

When you are all done, you'll want to scrub the walls down with a light cleaner to get off any glue residue that might've been missed.

  3. try and take off the top layer or scratch it then soak the paper with warm water with a little soap in it give it a 5-10 mins and the paste should be soft enough to scrape off

  4. use a wallpaper steamer and steamer perforator tool for sale for about 85 box and often for rent at rentals. Prepare a good mindset together with food and drinks and good music and have some family and friends over. It is boring and takes some time to accomplish.
