How to remove or reduce the glossy look on a wig.?

I just bought a kanekalon/toyokalon wig and it is so glossy.I believe that is synthetic. I was wondering if there is a way to remove or reduce the gloss from the wig a bit. Thanks!

baby (or any type of) powder works wonderfully

I doubt it since it's pretty much plastic.  Maybe douse it in baby powder.

Spray it with a dry shampoo or take an organic flour powder and work that through the wig.  Lulu organics makes a great one or Rene Fuerter.
