How to remove paint from cement?

I have 2 different types of paint on my cement patio, one is a pale green spray paint over-spray and the other is a blue acrylic. I have tried both paint thinner and nail polish remover, neither worked. :( Any ideas? Thanks!

Paint stripper from like any auto shop.  They come in jell form and spray.  They work well, just need like some sort of power waster to spray them out from the cement surface.  Or try to brush them off.  Other wise if you want to use up a good amount of money rent a sandblaster they work the best to get paint off.
