How to remove permanent eyebrow makeup?

i got permanent eyebrow makeup (aka eyeborw tattoo) a year back. my eyebrows are naturally very light and thin so i got ends done to get fuller and longer eyebrows. but the doc did a terrible job and made them a bit thicker and longer than i liked. at the time, i thought the makeup would fade away soon but it's not going away and i'm tired of this artificial eyebrows. is there a way to remove tattoo makeup?

you have to get laser surgery on them which is painful

Doctors historically are not good at tattooing.  Laser is your best choice although you might find someone who can lighten it out with a salt water process. Go to http://www.spcp.org to find a professional near you.
