depends on the ink, but aerosol hairspray works wonders buy a cheap can at Walgreens like Aquanet and spray it on the spot, dab with damp cloth and repeat

on upholstery especially, never rub or scrub too hard or you'll make the fabric threadbare. It can depend on the type of fabric too, most nowadays are synthetic, natural fibers like cotton and wool are harder to get spots out

Dechavis you are most likely to have slight stain unless you are very Lucky .  Buy cheap liquid hair spray, and  use cold water, liquid soap and rag.  The liquid hair spray will make ink bleed and you can keeping rubbing the ink off with soapy water and rag.  Do a test before starting try putting ink old piece of fabric, apply liquid hair spray, rub and wipe off with old rag or hold under faucet.
