How to remove radio from a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500

I am trying to take out my radio. If anyone has any advice of a website on how to do it that would be great! Also if you have ideas for a new touch screen radio to put in that would be appreciated. Thanks!

usually you take off the plastic cover and they have clips on each side and you slide it out from the front
