Question:

How to remove rgp lenses?

it' stuck in the inner corner of my eye for a couple of hours now.

  1. Well I've never removed RGPs from my own eye, but I have removed them from other people's eyes.  

    The first thing you need to do is get the lens centered on your cornea again (back on the front of your eye).  Use a mirror and make sure you wash your hands.  Use your fingers to push your eyelids against the lens to hold it in place.  Then slowly look towards the lens and it should center on your cornea.  Then, looking straight ahead, position one finger directly above your eye on your upper eyelid and one finger directly below your eye on your lower eyelid (at 12 and 6 o'clock positions).  Make sure your eye is open enough that your eyelids are not covering the lens at all.  Then gently but firmly push your eyelids together and the lens should pop out.
