How to remove scratches from coated plastics ?

I have a red PSP which apparently is coated plastic, coated with a film, I don't know, and I want to remove a few scratches. Can anyone recommend me a non-abrasive plastic polish that won't remove this coating. This is urgent.

For automobiles different manufacturer of clear bras are treated differently. For instance, 3M clear bras are polishable while Ventureshields are not; by the means of machine polisher. As for electronics I would use a very light cutting polish like Sonus SFX-2 followed by SFX-3. BTW, all polishes are a form of abrasive whether it's mild or severe.
