  1. toothpaste :-), it helps to remove and cover up scratches on a variety of surfaces.  

    just use a small amount, and rub in with either a soft cloth, or a soft bristled toothbrush that you're done with :-).  


  2. this is hard any deep ones u cant..but try brillo and also some stainless steel cleaner/polisher sold in the cleaning isle. good luck.
