How to remove soft bounce from my email account?

i am not receiving messages from my groups it says my email acount has been bouncing. i just have deleted messages from my Inbox to create space for new messages. But when I click on "unbounce" or "send activation request" I receved a message saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Anyone please help how can I reactivate my account

    Reactivating your account will NOT immediately restore email delivery. The change in your status still needs to be propagated to all your groups. Usually, this happens within hours, but there may be occasions (particularly if you’re in a group with more than 75 members) when it may take a day or more.


  2. ask the group moderator to un bounce you, they can do it from the groups "managment" page. I've done it alot from my group.

  3. Ir's happening to most of us today. No need to adjust your email account. Yahoo will fix it eventually.

  4. You're doing the correct thing by clicking on Unbounce or Send Reactivation Request.  The reason the web page could not be displayed may have to do with server trouble either at your end or at Yahoo's end.  Try again an hour later - sometimes that will resolve the problem.  If it still doesn't work, then explain your problem and what you did to Yahoo Groups Customer Care by filling out the form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... to see if they can help.
