How to remove spyguard?

i was using my computer once then this file just came and installed it self and i used every software that coulde delete it but once i downloaded it it wont start plz i need HELP!!

Usually all the software you have (also the unwanted ones; spam/scam that installs all by itself) can be deleted by going to Start, Control panel (Classic View), Add or Remove Programs.  This will bring you to a list of all the software installed.  Look for Spyguard in the list.  Also, you can go to your hard drive and delete in from there.  Go to My computer, and click on the C: drive (usually the default hard drive).  Then click on the folder named "Program Files".  Look for the Spyguard folder in there (it might be in a folder with a different name; you can do a search for it (click Start, then Search).  As soon as you locate the folder, delete it.  I would recommend trying my method 1 first though.  Hope this will help you, good luck!
