How to remove stain on white and black top?

I got this lovely and quite common blouse. It's a white blouse with a black faux knit vest attached to it. Silly me, soaked it in warm water with fabric softener, and now the blue-ish/black stain is on the white part of the blouse. Anyway to remove the stain without jeopardising the rest of the black "vest"? Cheers!

vanish Stain remover - and next time you wash it use a Colour Catcher. They are marvellous for 'hoovering' up loose colour when you wash

Wont come out Im afraid. There is a sort of bleach in that stuff...and if the fabric is cheap then its gone.
