  1. plain rubbing alcohol will take off sticker residue and wood finishes if you are not careful.  you may also try fingernail polish remover.


  2. Spirit based paint brush cleaner (such as white spirit) works for most residues like this. It stinks though...

  3. with my sticker residue theres something called goof off. its like in the glue section of lowes or home depot. it doesnt stink but its a little runny

  4. I agree with Brooke. Goof Off works great.

  5. Don't use water and a towel to clean off the residues, because that will make a soggy mess and it won't work. Instead, use a mini blowdryer, and as you are blowdrying the stickiness, use a scraper and scrape off the residue. The blow-drying dries up the residue, therefore making it a lot easier to come off than water.
