  1. [edit] StepsDo anything to exfoliate the tanned skin to get to the naturally colored skin underneath. Some generic practices to exfoliate skin include:

    A body scrub

    Shaving your legs

Soaking in a bath or hot tub.

Try certain changes to smooth out an orange look in various parts of the body. Since the skin is different in differing parts of your body, different techniques such as those listed below are helpful:

    Face and Neck

Look at the color. If it has an orange look, moisten cotton pads with liquid makeup remover and wipe your neck and face with it.

Get rid of blotches, if that is what the problem is, by slightly making your face damp, Sprinkling dry baking soda, directly from the box and into your hands. Massage the area in a circular fashion very gently until the area looks even. One scrub should do it, but if it still looks bad, try it once again.

Do this treatment before going to bed, and by morning your skin should look evenly tanned.[2]

    Hands and Feet

Look at your palms of your hands and your feet. If they have too much color on them, or look orange just try body bleach on them.

Use the same body hair bleach that you would use on your upper lip, mix and apply to the over tanned area. Allow it to stay for ten minutes, and wash off.

Use a product that you should keep in your home for emergency cuts, hydrogen peroxide. Wipe it on that area, but test it first on a very small area to make sure you do not irritate your skin.

Have patience in this area as it might take a few days of treatment to completely get it down from that orange look to a more bearable tone.[3]

    Legs and arms

Know that this part of the body, including the torso, needs a gentle treatment.

Put baby oil all over this area, wait 1/2 hours and take a bath, using a soft washcloth to exfoliate the rest of your body.

Make sure you are very gently massaging the rest of your body. Gently massage means just that![4]

    Complete Orange Body

Take a bath and just soak and relax. One long bath might just remove enough of the orange shade to make you happy.

Go swimming if you have a pool instead of the bath. Both will do the same thing because only the outer part of the skin has become overly tanned

  2. Exfloliate your skin in the shower with a scrub and use sunscreen to avoid further tanning.

There are expensive medication creams like retin-a but you need them prescribed.

Exfoliate is a  liquid scrub...you just rub it on your skin like you would body wash while in the shower...you can get it everywhere.

  3. Hey! Heres a really quick fix that makes your skin pure and light, and really clean. All you need is lemon juice and sugar. I use it when my face looks a little muddy from tanning.

take the juice of 1 lemon and combine with a 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar. it should create a gritty paste. take it and scrub your face with it for 3 -4 mins. rinse off. the sugar exfoliates your skin and removes any dark dead skin cells and the lemon purifies your skin.

    Good Luckkk=) hope it helps.

  4. exfoliate... use a body scrub and rub away

  5. No, there is no way.

Your skin will gradually become lighter as your dead skin cells fall off, and new ones grow in. This process doesn't take very long but it's not extremely quick either. Don't go putting stuff on your skin, it doesn't help with anything.

Each day your dead skin cells fall off by the millions, and new ones grow in - the new ones won't be tan skin - they'll be your natural skin color. It's August now, by October even the middle of September you will not be the same color you are now, unless you tan more.
