How to remove the pain from a decayed tooth without insurance

im a visitor to USA. i am having toothache. i have no insurance. ill be in USA for a period of 4 months. since then how to remove the toothache as and when it comes.the tooth is a decayed one. please advise. are there any free clinics around schaumburg area?

  1. The easiest quickest though temporary help would be to take Motrin which is Ibuprofen and to get some numbing get like ambasol or other type which contain benzocaine. You can take 3 tablets every 6 hours for the pain.


  2. Its doubtful it would cost more that $100-$150 to have it looked at and fixed.

    ESPECIALLY if you inform the Dentist from the beginning what your budget is.

    People you DON'T Have to have INSURANCE for routine and minor medical things,

  3. If you are there for your company - Ask them provide any assistance

    Or

    you better call your family doctor and get suggestion for any pain killer to sustain with the decayed tooth and anti biotics for the whole pallet of teeth. Once you come back, immediately remove the tooth.
