How to remove the trojan zlob?

ive got spybot and onecare

it keeps saying that i have got a trojan called zlob but everytime i try to remove it, it says i have to restart and it will remove it on startup

when i try this it doesnt attempt to remove it, just starts up like normal

please help!

Spybot simply doesn't do it's job any more. But the one I have does - I've used it for over a year now and keep my computer free of trojans, spyware, etc. SuperAntispwyare. Free and does what it claims it will do.
