How to remove this sand from the toliet waste pipe?

Some part that is middle part of my toilet pipe is hardened with sand. I want to remove it. Is there any chemical which loosen or dissolve the sand so that water can flow without any difficulty. I'm referring to the pipe from where the wastes product remove

a snake wont work on sand. get a blow bag. it hooks up to your garden hose. stick it in the utlets and turn on the water. the water will push out the sand

You can rent a powered snake........ that should work.

They'll take out tree roots, should work on other things.
