How to remove ultimate fixer

Question

so i let my friend use my computer and she was downloading music and she didnt really know what she was doing and accidentaly dowloaded some p**n thing.....and i took it off and everything but then i guess i got some other virus on my computer and i tried taking it off but it didnt work......so then windows said to dowload ultimate fixer but idk it was wierd because it wouldnt dowload it right so then i put McAfee on my computer and it said that ulitmate fixer was bad and i tryied to remove it but i cant completley

so i was wondering if theres a way to fully take it off without dowloading anything or if i really have to dowload something to take it off and if i do dowload something is it going to be bad for my computer
