It's a malicious codec more than a virus, use the following free programs;

Remove Restrictions Tool:

If you installed Antivirus Software. Turn on.

If any virus occurs it will immediately inform you. You can delete it there or you it will reside in Quarantine section. You can open the Quarantine and delete it there.

But one small request keep your Antivirus upto date latest. Then only you can prevent recent occuring Virus
