  1. Take it to a radiator shop and have them boil it out. This will clean it up like new.


  2. How large is it, what is it made out of, can you remove it from the boat, eith out too much damage?

  3. lacquer thinner or MEK  (methyl ethyl ketone) both work great

  4. If it's not a stainless steel tank, you may want to replace it now, due to the upcoming ethanol problems.

  5. As above MEK but most likely cheaper to scrap it and make new tanks
