The white marks you are seeing are friction burns in the cloth. The darker the cloth on the table, the move obvious the marks. They are not removable. They also really don't interfere with playing, so unless your cloth is really worn, I would not worry about them. The only way to get rid of them would be to have the table recovered.

They make a special cleaner that will remove the marks and other dirt spots off the table. but there are alternatives to it unless you dont want to spend the money on the table cleaner. the table cleaner is a foam spray and once you apply it you gently wipe it off and it cleans it. i have seen the spray used before and it works wonderfully.
