I working in Malaysia for the past 2years. I do have a India driving license which will be expiring shortly in 2 months. How to renew my India drivers' license(chennai) from Malaysia? '

You can't. You will have to present yourself before the Regional Transport Organisation officer who will check your driving skills for permanent license and your medical certificate if you are above a certain age.
