How to renewel my passport?

i am in New Zealand now,and my passport wan expiring ,i did apply for my passport at Malaysian consulate in New Zealand,but i submitted my birth certificate and all relevant document.It's almost 3months since I apply for new passport,but there's no reply from malaysian embassy in New Zealand.I did call them but they say, they haven't got any reply from malaysia,and they wan my birth certificate chop with Malaysian consulatein Malaysia.If i call my family chop with me,they will chop with me onot?

I'm going to renew my passport for the second time in USA. The first time it took them 2 months to issue.

You just have to get your Certificate certified by a Notary Public.
