  1. Surfboard resin may dissolve the foam. You can fill the 'slash' with marine epoxy found at Lowes. Home Depot, or a marine supply store. I costs about six dollars. It's available in 10, 20, 30 minute set up times. It comes in a double syringe for correct amounts. Before it hardens, wet your finger (saliva will work), and use your finger to smooth it out, and to make sure it bonds. Check it in a half an hour. It should be ready to ride. Aside from that Sun Cure will work on a foamie as well, but will be a more obvious repair.

  2. Aside from trying epoxy you could try to use a clear silicon filler.

  3. i would do what surfammo said. use marine epoxy.

  4. you cant really. foam cant be stuck back together and nothing can really bond to it. If you had a fiberglass board it would be much easier
