It looks like this: http://www.marksrv.com/atwood_parts_diagram.htm

The electrode assembly is #9. It looks like it only has one s***w. Does the rest of it just "plug in"? Thanks

  1. The #9 item looks to be a thermocouple and pilot which would be like any thermocouple to replace.

Item #5 on the next unit is for an electric ignition model (ignitor and sensing rod assembly) they will just plug in.

If your having trouble with an electronic ignition model unless the sensor and ignitor probes are beyond just cleaning thats all they usually need.

Any corrosion build up on the sensor will cause it to not sense the flame and lock out.

Edit: solder would not stay so it would be best to replace the assembly. Looks like the wiring leads are part of the assembly. Should be an easy replacement.

    good luck
