  1. You'll need to remove the dash cover below the steering column, then look for a small black box, which I believe is to the left of the steering column, as viewed from the drivers' seat, and it should be identifiable by the name 'Denso'.

  3. It's in the fuse-box, just pull it out and push in a new one.
