How to replace lawnmower pto clutch/ exmark zero turn.

Question

How hard is it to replace a pto clutch on a zero turn exmark lz boy lawnmower? Do I need any special tools other than standard socket set?

I believe that the pto clutch is held to the crankshaft with a bolt the same as a pulley.  It will be straight up from the bottom.  There is also a key, don't lose track of it.  Are you sure that the clutch is bad?  Those electric clutches last a long time normally.
