How to report TNT in Japan?

I have a staff send in Japan (Training Visa). Now he Run Away. How can I report him to Japan?

Report it with official form to both Immigration office and embassy of  his mother country through the person in charge of his working place.

Maybe you could report him as a missing person to the police. For all you know something bad may have happened to him. . . .As far as immigration goes. . .someone will catch up w him sooner or later if he is squatting or trying to work illegally.

I guess you mean that he went there to train for some sort of job. If he was offered a job there in Japan and decided to stay he would still need a Japanese work visa, which means whoever hires him will need to fill out the paperwork for him. . .and he will need to leave the country and reenter   for his work visa to kick in.

Japan is not the USA. If you are there illegally, you will eventually be deported. He might come back w his tail between his legs after all.
