  1. call your local sherrif.

  2. If it was my daughter I would call the police department as well as the department of motor vehicle and it sounds harsh but its your daughter............................

  3. It looks like his doctor should have reported his medical condition to the MTO. If his family doctor is aware that he has a potentially dangerous condition and doesn't report it he can gat in a lot of trouble. Maybe you can find out who his family doctor is and talk to the doctor about this guy?

  4. First off are you sure that he still has a valid drivers license? If he does then he shouldn't because by law his physician must report to the DMV his Medical problem.Any person who suffers from seizures should have their driving privileges revoked for their safety and the safety of others. If his license is still valid then it should be reported to the DMV.Is his license is revoked for medical reasons then it should be reported to the local Police Dept.As for your daughter it is your responsibility to forbid her to be in a car  with him if he is driving. After all you are the Father and she is your  daughter and a minor at that. Step up and do the right thing before someone gets hurt .
