cyberstalking for example where do you have to start ? and if the person is abroad? a letter or email is enough to start it? they will investigate if you dont have many prouves only internet ones? thanks

what crimes in:

insult, provok , say evil things about someone lifes

etc?difamation?

is that a crime to notify the person husband and family by email or telephone telling them what she s doing?

how to report a crime and what happens after that?
