How to report online fraud?

I keep getting those e-mails saying that I've won like $500,000 or something and i get them at least twice a week so its obviously bull since I'd be a billionaire by now from all the e-mails like that I've gotten.

It really does not bother me that much since I know a scam when I see one. But the thing is there are probably a lot of people out there suckered into these kinds of scam without knowing it so how do I stop these guys?

Education is the best remedy.

Many of these scams are not subject to US law, or the laws of an individual nation.

That's a big ask. You'd earn that sort of cash legitimately if you figured out how to put a stop to those b******s...
