How to report unreasonable charging of vehicle repairs anonimously

was the job done as per the invoice?,if so you agreed to pay an amount before the work was done,no one was holding a gun to your head telling you you had to pay that shops price,you could have went some were else,this is a free economy unreasonable to you may be a bargain to someone else its all an opinion.

i don't report gas stations for gas prices or the grocery store for milk prices do i? even though i think they are unreasonable prices.
