  1. Look at your virus protection program for options.


  2. Either you are cruising around somewhere with aggressive pop-ups or you have been attacked.

    The latest version of Spybot is fairly aggressive in fighting back and I'm seeing less pop-ups or they fail to load.  Nice!

    Also, using something other than IE such as Firefox is good.  Firefox is good at blocking pop-up websites.

  3. Fight virus with virus.

  4. How does it pop-up? Install AVG free and remove viruses.

  5. Who would you report it to?  There is no internet czar.

    You need antispyware, a good product, that you can run and remove the infection.
