How to represent 1 sister?

I am just starting high school and we were partnered up in my class and we have to do a Get to know your partner project. I had to ask 20 questions and then make a collage of her answers. One of the questions was "Do you have any siblings" and her answer was 1 sister. How can i represent that she has 1 sister on a collage?

Ask her for a picture of her and her sister. Or just draw a picture of two girls that look very similar

How about a child's crayon drawing(stick figures) of two girls? And you can label it with 'Me' and 'My Sister."
