How to resell Chinese product in the US?

What is needed to legally resell Chinese products in the US. I live in California and plan to sell the products online. No physical store, but may have a storage facility. I heard I need a reseller license but not sure about a business license.

Depends on the product.

Some idea's are:

1 - email groups like the free one's on www.WebWholesaler.com.

2 - sell them to home based business and stay at home mom's

3 - eBay

4 - build your own website and sell on there.
