The timing of the cuck cuck doesn't coincide with the clock

I have one too, sounds like the large hand loose .There is a s***w down nut that holds the hands on.,

Move the large hand to make it coco. Then loosen the nut and move the hand back to the hour position to match it at 12:00 o'clock.
