How to reset a used sidekick slide if idk the original owner?

Question

i bought a sidekick slide from a friend, who bought it from a friend

in order to reset it i need the original owner to call in and have it reset

but i dont know the original owner

any help here?

You can always buy a new SIM card, that is probably just the easiest thing to do.

Other than that, you'd have to call your friend and have him call his friend and then tell him to call in for you.
