How to reset a yaesu FT23R

hello , i'm french and i have a problem with my FM hand held .suddenly a not conventional frequency appeared on the screen with steps that are not usual . example freq 140.004 with steps of 20 and 29.5 kHz instead of 140.000 and 12.5 and 25 kHz what happened ? and how can i reset it ?
